Cancellation

What do I need to do to cancel my account?
Simply send an email to billing@ionix.net with your cancellation request. Our billing depatment will inform you of any applicable charges remaining on your account. Ionix requires 30 days notice for all cancellations.

If I cancel before my term is up, what charges are involved?
Please review our Terms and Conditions for early termination charges.

What if I’m moving and want to keep my service?
DSL is non-transferable as it is installed at a specific location. You will need to order a new line at your new location. Termination fees may apply on your old service. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
