When are you coming to do the install?
Actually, we don't do the line installation, our partner Covad does along with your local telephone company. You will get an email stating the date and time frame Covad will come and do the installation. If this time isn't good for you, send us an email or give us a call and we will reschedule at a better time. SELF-INSTALLATION for Home DSL service COMING SOON

Covad said that the phone company has come but they haven't.
If there is no orange tag in your phone box let us know and we will contact Covad. There may be an access issue.

How do I get a rebate form?
Rebate forms can be found here. We can also email it to you or send it via fax.

How soon until I get my rebate?
The rebate is between Covad and the end user; it is not fulfilled by Ionix. Click here for more information.
