Why can't I qualify for service?
DSL is still a new service and is not available everywhere. Also, because it relies on distance from your phone company’s central office, you may be too far away to quailfy for DSL. We’ll let you know what options are available for you.

When will you be offering service in my area?
It depends on what central offices will be served by our partner, Covad, or another service provider we may choose to partner with in the future.
