EUDORA LIGHT VERSION 3.0.2
These instructions are for Eudora Light version 3.0.2. Your email settings may be located elsewhere if you are using a different version of Eudora. In version 3.0.x the "Settings" are under "Special" in the Main Menu at the top of the screen.
Getting Started
Open Eudora Light version 3.0.2.
Click on "Special".
Then click on "Settings".
Then click on "Getting Started".
Notice the addition of pop. after the @. This will help ensure that you get your e-mail.
Also notice the username in the POP account does not have a 1 at the end of it. Some usernames end with a 1 or 2 and are the dialup username; they are used in PPP configurations, not in e-mail or shell accounts.
You should not set Communications Toolbox, nor Offline, instead select TCP/IP or MacTCP.

POP account: username@mail.ionix.net
